Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Shipping

We offer two delivery options:

Free UK delivery on all orders over £45.

  • Standard Delivery (2–3 working days) – £3.99

  • Express Delivery (1–2 working days) – £5.99

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

EU Shipping

We offer a flat rate for European orders:

  • EU Delivery (3–12 working days) – £7.99

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed or fails due to incorrect information:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery

  • Orders returned to us may not be eligible for a refund, particularly for perishable goods
