Returns Policy
At Aja Nova Organic, product integrity is everything. Our products are natural, food-based, and sensitive to handling and storage. For this reason, our returns policy is designed to protect quality, safety, and fairness.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for:

Products not stored correctly after delivery
These items are exempt from return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll resolve it quickly.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Unopened Returns (Limited Basis)
We may accept returns for unused, fully sealed, non-perishable items within 5 days of delivery.
